We are honored to have our guest today, the legendary Dr. Aris LaTham, join us in a vibrant, colorful, solar-infused and deeply empowering episode. Dr. Aris is an Internationally Acclaimed culinary innovator and health/wellness influencer.  The 2004 and 2012 Edition of Oxford Encyclopedia of Food and Drink in America acclaims: “The raw food movement owes much to Dr. Aris LaTham, a native of Panama, he is considered to be the father of gourmet ethical raw foods cuisine in America. He debuted his raw food creations in 1979, when he started Sunfired Foods, a live food company in Harlem, New York. In the years since he has trained thousands of raw food chefs and added innumerable recipes to his repertoire”

 

 Dr. Aris is truly a pioneer of the Raw Food Movement. He is the creator of Sunfired Cuisine and Paradise Pies, has been a vegetarian for 50 years and has been eating Sunfired cuisine exclusively for the past 44 years. We dive into his empowering and enlightening food and spirit journey beginning in his birthplace of Panama, to NY, Ghana, and now as a citizen of the World. We are deeply honored to share this conversation here on SOUNDFOOD.
